[Wrf-users] Using GFS analysis and then forecasts files: how to set this in namelist?

Hi,

I'm trying to use GFS analysis for initialise the model and do data
assimilation for that date/time and after that use the results to run
the forecasts files (gfs_4_20121114_000_000, _003,_006...).

I wonder how can I indicate to the model that I'm using afterwards
forecasts every 3 hr.In the namelist files ther is only place to
indicate date/hr/min/sec for the analysis. Should I rename the forecasts
as if they were analysis and change the interval seconds? or

I've found something about the "reset_simulation_start and cycling" but
I can't find more information about how to use them. Do you have any
reference or any explanation that can help me set this?

Thanks a lot in advance!!!

Elena
