[Wrf-users] Domain index meanings??

Hi All,

 

WRF code uses the following index naming convention for the entire domain

(ids:ide, kds:kde, jds:jde).

 

What is the difference between indices

ids:ide

its:ite

ips:ipe

ims:ime?

 

I.e. I understand that the letter 'd' refers to domain, and assume that
't'=tile, 'p'=patch, 'm'=memory?
