Hi,

from the MC equation I get this:

Q = e/p * (mu_w/mu_a) = e/(PSL - e) * (mu_w/mu_a) = RH * e_s(T) / (PSL -
 RH * e_s(T)) * (mu_w/mu_a)

from here you can easily find RH.
mu_w, mu_a - are molecular weights of water and air respectively.
e_s(T) - you can find from the CC equation.
