[Wrf-users] WRFDA: Negative Heights Error

I've run WRF and generated a set of wrfout files, to use as a first  
guess for WRFDA in a 3D-Var setting.  I've linked all the files as it  
says to do in the tutorial, but when I run da_wrfvar.exe, I get the  
message "Negative height found" in my rsl.error files.  Indeed, when I  
look at the wrfout files, there are negative heights.  I know that  
this is not unusual, but I'm not sure how to correct the problem to  
make wrfvar work correctly.  Any ideas?
