Hallo Khaled,

I suggest you read carefully the WRF users' manual, it should answer
your questions about how to set a domain up.

As for the problem you encounter when running real: the error message
says that the domain parameters (number of grid points in the x, y
and z directions) are not the same in your namelist.input file and
your input data (the output from metgrid). It seems that in your
metgrid data there is only one vertical level while you say in your
namelist.input that you have 13. Check the number of vertical levels
in your global input (NCEP?) data. If that's all right then run the
pre-processing steps again, checking after each step if the results
 are ok.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Agnes
