[Wrf-users] errors of compile all_wrfvar

Dear all,

        I'm building WRF-Var V3.2 and 3.3 on a IBM server (AIX 5.3.0.0)
I've got an error when compiling WRF-Var using the commands:

[f01n01:/gpfs1/home/yinjf/src/WRFDA]$ ./configure wrfda
checking for perl5... no
checking for perl... found /usr/bin/perl (perl)
Will use NETCDF in dir: /gpfs1/home/yinjf/local/netcdf
PHDF5 not set in environment. Will configure WRF for use without.
Configuring to use jasper library to build Grib2 I/O...

It also generated  a  "core"  file and a  "Registry_tmp.107418 " file.  The detail information of the Registry_tmp.107418 

file  is  following. The file's size  is   352286 kb.
