Hallo Ahsan,

 It looks like there are mountains in your region. ;-) So no wonder
 that you see no wind when the mountains are higher than the altitude
 of your pressure level (e.g., 850 hPa corresponds to roughly 1500
 m). WRF does not produce forecasts under the ground level.
