Dear Moudi Pascal,
wrf forecasts for one month experiments should be in 12hrs output interval
i.e., If you are generating be.dat file for Nov 2010 month then it will be
output for gen_be directory as follows
2010110100/wrfout_d01_2010-11-01_00:00:00
2010110100/wrfout_d01_2010-11-01_12:00:00
2010110100/wrfout_d01_2010-11-02_00:00:00
2010110112/wrfout_d01_2010-11-01_12:00:00
2010110112/wrfout_d01_2010-11-02_00:00:00
2010110112/wrfout_d01_2010-11-02_12:00:00
2010110200/wrfout_d01_2010-11-02_00:00:00
2010110200/wrfout_d01_2010-11-02_12:00:00
2010110200/wrfout_d01_2010-11-03_00:00:00
2010110212/wrfout_d01_2010-11-02_12:00:00
2010110212/wrfout_d01_2010-11-03_00:00:00

2010112900/wrfout_d01_2010-11-30_00:00:00

in WRFV32 namelist change your namelist.input following option
&time_control
history_interval                    = 720,  60,   60,
frames_per_outfile                  = 1, 1, 1000,
