[Wrf-users] what is the detail meaning of "vmax_ratio in wrf bogus namelist.

hi,
in wrf user guide,vmax_ratio is defined to be the scale factor for model’s
Rankine vortex.So
is it the alpha in
 V(r)=Vmax*
(Rmax/r)**alpha in definition formula of Rankine vortex
,
if not ,where to redefine  alpha?thank you
