[Wrf-users] WRF weather forecast - impact of initialization

Dear List,

Anybody aware of any systematic exploration of the impact of
initialization on a regional weather forecast made with a dynamical
model such as WRF. My interest is to figure out the relative role of
lateral boundary conditions versus initial conditions for a limited area
forecast.

As I am planning to undertake such an exploration myself, any hints
would be gratefully appreciated.
