[Wrf-users] Can't connect via WRF Portal

Hi,..
I have problem that when i execute wrf via Putty.exe,it 
run well but when i execute wrf via wrf portal,there is an 
error message "auth fail,can't connect".
it make me confusing because i have executed wrf via wrf 
portal before and it worked but recently it can't connect 
to remote computer so then i try to connect via putty.exe 
and it can connect and work.
someone could help me,what's wrong with my GUI wrf 
portal???thank's...
