[Wrf-users] New User: How to configure the namelist.3dvarobs

Hi,wrfusers:
     I'm a first user of wrfvar. Now I am encounting a problem. In the test_data released( http://www.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/src/data/WRFV3-Var-testdata.tar.gz ),the obs is in a little_r format, so it has to be converted by OBSPROC into  obs_gts_2007-01-02_00:00:00.3DVAR. So my problem is how to configure the namelist.3dvar_obs . 
    May anyone give me a detailed answer to that?
