[Wrf-users] CCSM data in WRFv3

I have been working with a utility to try to get CCSM data in WRF.  The 
utility was originally developed for MM5, however it seems from the WRF 
documentation that WRF can use data in MM5 intermediate file format.  
However I am having a problem running real.exe with my data.  It appears 
that everything is running through WPS OK.  I get several warnings about 
Soil Moisture and Soil temperature, but everything else seems OK.  When 
running real.exe I get the following errors.

There are many more which are similar to this.  Has anyone been able to 
get CCSM data to work with WRF?   If so would you be willing to share 
some code / tips on what might be going wrong?
