[Wrf-users] question about the WRFV3.0.1.1 stopped at some boundary changing time

Dear all, 

   
   We use a PSSC Labs Opteron/Myrinet Linux cluster with 1 head node and 32 compute nodes. All nodes are dual CPU/ dual Core AMD Opteron 265 with 8GB RAM.

   The compiler is PGI-6.1, and MPI is mpich2.

   We can compile and run WRFV2.2.1 well on this computer. 

    But when we change use the WRFV3.0.1.1, we are struggling in the running time.

   We use ds083.2 FNL data as initial data. Whatever the intial time we use, or whatever physics option we use, the model would stop at some boundary changing time. 

  That is the model stopped at some thing like 36hr, or 42hr, or 60hr.

   The results before stopping looks like normal.

    Suppose it is related with the NETCDF, but how can we successful using V2.2.1 and also can runiing V3.0.1.1 before stopping. 

  Is anything with compiler version? or otherthing?
