NCL and NCAR Graphics are now combined in one package. The latest release is 5.0.0, and source code and binaries are available from:

http://www.earthsystemgrid.org

There is a shortcuts menu on this site where you can look for "Latest NCL release". You need to register with the site to get access, but it's free. Also see http://www.ncl.ucar.edu for instructions on how to build/install the package.

When compiling WRF and WPS what form of NCAr\R do you need to have on
