[Wrf-users] initializing ideal case with fixed stability profile

Hi everyone,
I am trying to initialize and ideal hill2d case with a constant 
stability profile in the stratosphere and mesosphere. Is there any easy 
way to do this? Does anybody have a script already written that will 
compute an input sounding for a three-layer atmosphere?
