[Wrf-users] ncep 2 data and WPS

Hello all.

Curious if anyone's successfully preprocessed ncep2 (reanalysis 2) data
and, if so, whether you might share how you did so. Some rather
interesting finagling was required with WRFSI to circumvent SI's confusion
with, e.g., data appearing in multiple sources that might be of different
resolutions (surf and air data is differently resolved in the two file
types from the NCEP 2 dataset, e.g.). So, I suppose that something along
similar lines might be going on with WPS. (If that's the case, maybe WPS
can be addressed to be able handle such likely eventualities?)

Here's the error message at the end of the log file:

ERROR: Gaussian_latitude_computation

which comes after evidently reading through all the air data without a
problem for the first time, and then echoing it's getting the surface data
and processing TT at level 200100.

Thanks!
