[Wrf-users] Two-way nesting question!!!

Dear users,
            I am running WRF in Two-way nesting, however in my first real.exe
run the following message rises:

My esteps before running real.exe for the first time were:

To generate wrf_real_input_em.d01* and wrf_real_input_em.d02

I saved wrf_real_input_em.d01* in other directory and did
cp wrf_real_input_em.d02 wrf_real_input_em.d01*

I did ncdump -h wrf_real_input_em.d01* to get new dx and dy values.

I changed values of dx and dy in the first column of namelist for the new
wrf_real_input_em.d01*'s domains (fine grid) and run real.exe, but the messange
above merged.
