[Rda-users] 3/20/2018: RDA Data Access services available in a degraded state

Dear RDA users:

RDA data access services continue to be degraded due to complications
caused by a file system hardware failure.  Users now can download
files from completed online data requests, and can attempt to transfer
files from dataset archives with the caveat that files archived prior
to 3/8/2018 have the potential to be incomplete or inaccessible. There
is currently no ETA on when the file system will be repaired and
returned to production.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this extended
and unplanned downtime.
