There is currently no ETA on when these services will be restored. You may use the Globus Download option to transfer files from completed online data requests, and to attempt to transfer files from dataset archives with the caveat that files archived prior to 3/8/2018 have the potential to be incomplete. There is currently no ETA on when the file system will be repaired and returned to production.
