[Rda-users] Update on disruption of RDA user services

A major disk failure occurred over the past weekend (10/21) that led to a disruption of RDA users services including
file list access, direct file download access, file format conversion requests, staged access from tape archive requests, and
subsetting requests.  The parts to fix the disk problem have arrived today, and it is estimated that the disk should be back
online later today.  Additional notifications will be sent out as new information become available.  Thank you for your patience,
and we apologize for the inconvenience.
