We seek an outstanding candidate with = a quantitative modelling background background in regional air quality, = climate, or cloud physics and precipitation and the capacity to build a = strong research program linking atmospheric, land surface and subsurface = processes. Research areas include any scale of atmospheric-terrestrial = interaction that directly complements existing atmospheric, hydrology = and environmental geochemistry programs in the Faculty of Science. = Appointment is at the Assistant Professor level but outstanding = candidates will also be considered at the Associate Professor level. = Evaluation of candidates will begin on February 9, 2004 and will = continue until the position is filled.
