 is not the next generation of dating websites as its name might 
suggest, but it was designed to connect people who have mutual 
interests.  </p>
<p>UMatch helps connect the university community with NCAR|UCAR 
scientists, engineers, and other staff who are interested and available 
for collaboration and service opportunities. Possible activities include
 participation on thesis committees, teaching assignments, hosting 
student and professional visits, service to observational or 
computational facilities, and more.</p>
<p>NCAR|UCAR staff who are interested in adding their profile to the site, can register on <a href="http://president.ucar.edu/university-relations/umatch">UMatch</a>. 
 Members of the community will be encouraged to contact UMatch staff 
members directly to discuss possibilities for working together and 
collaboration.  </p>
