[Nsa] Performance Evaluation Redesign Meetings in January

Dear NCAR Scientists,

Happy Holidays to All!

As you may know, UCAR is working to redesign Performance Evaluations in the
coming year.

Human Resources will be conducting two sessions to obtain feedback from
scientific staff on the current and future state of performance
evaluations. The intent is to make the process more useful for both
managers and non-managers. It may include goal setting, career development,
colleague feedback, etc.

Sessions will be:

Wednesday January 10 from 3 to 4 p.m. at Mesa Lab

Thursday January 18 from 11 to 12 p.m. at FL2

Your participation in one of these sessions is encouraged and welcome.  If
interested, please RSVP to Lameece Erwin (lerwin at ucar.edu), Employee
Relations Manager in HR, as space is limited.
