[Nsa] Call for 2017 Summer Colloquium Proposals

Dear All,

This is just a reminder about the proposals for the ASP Summer Colloquium.
The deadline is coming up on 9/30.  Also, please let me know if you are
working on one or thinking about submitting one.

I welcome any questions that you might have about the colloquium or
submitting a proposal.
