[Nsa] Annual Members' Meeting Reception Invitation

I CC this to the NSA since perhaps others feel the same.


I have not replied since I feel split over this. On the one hand
I see the importance of talking with important colleagues, on the
other we have a dreadful financial outlook and I cannot in good
conscience attend expensive receptions when we in the trenches
are hurting so much.

So count me "out" please.
