Dear NCAR Scientists,

We would like to invite you to comment on the proposed NCAR Distinguished
Appointments Procedures. A UCAS password-protected web site has been set
up to provide feedback. The deadline for feedback is Noon on Friday, June
10th so that the procedures can be finalized and implemented in June.
