Dear Colleagues,

As you may know, the latest draft of the NCAR Strategic Plan has been
approved by the UCAR Board of Trustees.  Additional (minor) comments or
suggestions from the NCAR science staff are welcome.  Should you have 
any,
please direct them to Peter Backlund (backlund at ucar.edu). Your comments
should be sent no later than friday, december 23.
