<p class="MsoNormal">I recently upgraded to NCL 6.6.2 (yes it takes me a while to upgrade to most current routine/versions). For the past few years I’ve used the attached script to make cross sections and it works out superbly well until this latest upgrade.
I’ve noticed I can make west to east cross section no issues when adjusting the:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-family:"Courier New""> lats = (/60.5042, 60.5042/)<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Courier New""> lons = (/-150.500, -149.833/)</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">“lons” portion of the file. When I used the “lats” portion of the file still within the domain the file crashes giving this Error:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">fatal:Dimension size mismatch on subscript #1, left-hand and right-hand side dimensions do not match<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">fatal:["Execute.c":8637]:Execute: Error occurred at or near line 219 in file XsectionPresRiLatLon_abt.ncl<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Again, I can change the “lons” file to whatever I want within the domain with no issues… Before this upgrade to NCL 6.6.2 I could adjust lats and lons to any point in the domain I wanted with no issues.<o:p></o:p></p>
