It can be a memory problem of your computer or that you are processing very large files.</div><div><br></div><div>[1] Do you know which line in your code the error is coming from?</div><div> Try running your script then adding a -x. Say, ncl -x myscript.ncl.</div><div><br></div><div>[2] If you type "segmentation fault NCL" in google, you will see many many questions related to this.
