<p class="MsoNormal">Bringing this issue up again. I am trying to process CFSR/CFSv2 data via OPeNDAP to mask data creating a long CSV with historical temp, rainfall, & soil moisture. The loop runs state-by-state, creating monthly data from 1979-present. However,
after processing ~4 states, at the same exact point in July 2013 I’m getting a similar message where the cookie file cannot be read/written and the loop breaks.
