<p>I would like to regrid my lat-lon grid to cylindrical equal area grid using NCL (ESMF-regrid). It is not just for the graphical purpose but for the purpose of calculating area by counting pixels. So just plotting my lat-lon data onto the cylidrical equal
area projection is not an issue here, which can be solved referencing "https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Graphics/Scripts/ncl_map_projections.ncl".<br>

<p>I guess I need a sample nc file in <span style="font-family: Calibri, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', NotoColorEmoji, 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Android Emoji', EmojiSymbols; font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">the
cylidrical equal area projection</span> as a destination file to generate a weight file for ESMF-regrid.<br>
