I spent the day digging into the data.</div><div class="">The gsnAddCyclic = False didn’t work but as it turns out, </div><div class="">that was not the true cause of the problem. My NOAA18 MHS data </div><div class="">was expressed on a 180:-180 grid and</div><div class="">when I converted this to 0:360 the results had two lon points that were 180.</div><div class="">When I fixed this, the problem disappeared.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Appreciate the tips.
