And I have an empty matrix (which corresponds to a WRF domain matrix) say with 100 x 100 grids (total of 10,000 grids). Now I know the particular i,j locations where those raingauge stations are present. I can explicitly fill that empty matrix with the known values. Still the remaining (10000 - 50) grids will be empty. Now I want to draw a contour plot out of that data where I get interpolated data over the grids with no value. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif;color:#45818e"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif;color:#45818e">How can I achieve that in NCL?
