Replace

  wks  = gsn_open_wks("png","marjani")            ; open a ps file
  gsn_define_colormap(wks,"BlAqGrYeOrRe")    ; choose colormap

With, just

wks  = gsn_open_wks("png","marjani")            ; open a pn file
