[ncl-talk] Marginal Hilbert Spectrum

Hi Arnold,

In the future, it helps if you don't address emails directly to me or other
NCL developers, because otherwise people may ignore the question.

I don't know what "marginal Hilbert spectrum" is, and this is the first
request that I think we've received on it.

I have added this to our EEMD trouble ticket and I will try to take a
look.  Unfortunately it's a low priority right now, as it looks like it
will take some time to understand how to implement this. A quick google
search only turned up some MatLab codes, one of which you have to register
for to receive.

Maybe somebody else on ncl-talk has a code they can contribute?
