[ncl-talk] two y axis

Hi,
I am trying to do a bar chart with two y axis showing absolute and percentage bias.
I have tried to do this by overlaying 2 plots with resources set differently for the y axis, but the final plot has the same y axis on both sides rather than 2 different scales/labels.
I've attached the script, data file and output.
Do you have any advice?
