It's been awhile since we've tried the latest 64-bit Cygwin with NCL, however, so we'll try to get to that for the next release of NCL which we are working hard to release soon.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">Meanwhile, you can download a 32-bit version of Windows and then install NCL under that.
