I recommend going to:</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default"><a href="http://x.cygwin.com" target="_blank">http://x.cygwin.com</a><br></div><div class="gmail_default"><br></div><div class="gmail_default">and downloading and running the "<span><a href="http://cygwin.com/setup-x86.exe" target="_blank">setup-x86.exe</a>" file. I had used the old version NCL6.2.1 on my computer with Cygwin, and it works well.<br>
But when I install the new one today and set up the environment to run NCL, I find it can't work.<br>

I can't get any information, as if nothing had happened.<br>
So, do I need do some changes to my Cygwin?<br>
