I had used the old version NCL6.2.1 on my computer with Cygwin, and it works well.<br>
But when I install the new one today and set up the environment to run NCL, I find it can't work.<br>

If I type the following:<br>

ncl -V<br>
<br>
I can't get any information, as if nothing had happened.<br>
So, do I need do some changes to my Cygwin?<br>
Any help?<br>
