<div style="direction:ltr; font-family:Tahoma; color:#000000; font-size:10pt">I've installed cygwin/ncl on my windows 7 box. NCL seems to work just fine however I'm not able to use the following two utilities: ncl_convert2nc and ncl_filedump. When I execute

 at the cygwin command line I get the following error message:<br>

bash: /usr/local/bin/ncl_filedump: /bin/csh: bad interpreter: Permission denied<br>

Any advice?<br>
