I want to work with "ncl_convert2nc" under WindowsXP.</p><p>
I have installed cygwin and so on. Cygwin is running well and NCL displays its version 6.0.0 successfully.</p><p>
Now I want to convert a grib file to netcdf with your program "ncl_convert2nc".</p><p>
I have placed the grib file in /cygwin/usr/local/bin/_work/baro_00h.grib.</p><p>
Now I type the following command:</p><p>
<a href="mailto:myUserName@computerName">myUserName@computerName</a> /usr/local<br>
$ ncl_convert2nc /bin/_work/baro_00h.grib</p><p>
But it fails like this:</p><p>
