Dear Sir or Madam,

I am trying to run NCAR GRaphics through Cygwin, under Windows 7 32
bits. I followed the steps of the process described on http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/cygwin.shtml#SetUpDisplay

I got no major problem until the end, when I tried to run $ncl
xy04n.ncl and got this error message:
I precise I got the right responses to the commands printenv
DISPLAY ( i.e. ":0.0") and ncl -V (i.e. "6.0.0"). All
the files seem to be present. The only adjustment I had to make is
in the command

cp $NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclex/xyplot/xy04n.ncl .

I used /usr/local instead of $NCARG_ROOT.

Do you see where all those errors come from ?

Thanks in advance for your response,
