[ncl-install] help with library

Hy,
I've instaleted NCL before and it was simple.
But this time I instaleted in ubuntu 16.04 and NCL 6.3.0.
When I try run a script, I have this message.

fatal:Could not open ($NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/contributed.ncl)
fatal:error at line 4 in file feira.ncl

I add the way in .bashrc in the home directory and source this, but it didn't works too.
What can I do for it works?
