[ncl-install] About Installing NCL -using conda

Hi Govind,
Could you please try running the following command and reply with the output:
csh -x `which ng4ex` xy05n -clean -W png
Note that the output will be very verbose (it echoes every line of the nc4ex script to the terminal window), but it might help us diagnose why ng4ex is not finding the xy05n.ncl file.
