[ncl-install] Error in the installation (libgfortran.so.3)

Good morning.

I installed the version ncl_ncarg-6.4.0-Debian8.6_64bit_nodap_gnu492. I
have the  Ubuntu 18.04 LTS - 64 bit.
When I compilde the ncl appear the error: 

ncl: error while loading shared libraries: libgfortran.so.3: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory.
 I haven't  the libgfortran.so.3, but i have 
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgfortran.so.4
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgfortran.so.4.0.0.

Can anyone please helpe me to resolve this issue?
