[ncl-install] NCL error libssh2.so.1

Hi Ousmane,

I’m sorry for the delay in responding to you.

I was able to create an environment similar to yours to test which download option might work best, and I found that the “ncl_ncarg-6.5.0-SuSE12_64bit_gnu620.tar.gz“ was the only option that I could get to run on Ubuntu 16.04.
