[ncl-install] Installation issue

Hi Arnold,

I’m sorry for the delay in getting a 6.4.0 “beta” built on my conda channel.

Could you please try running the following commands to create and activate a conda environment with this build of NCL:
conda create -n ncl_beta -c conda-forge -c khallock ncl=6.4.0_beta20170131
source activate ncl_beta

Please let me know if the eemd() function still does not work.
