[ncl-install] install ncl 6.4.0 on geyser

Hello--,

I would like to use some new features of ncl 6.4.0 so I tried to install
it. Following instructions, I first installed conda, which finished without
error message. Then I did

conda create -n *ncl_test* -c dbrown -c khallock ncl

which also finished without error message.

The final step is to do "source activate ncl_test", this is where I
get an error:


 @geyser16 ~]$ source activate ncl_test

activate: No such file or directory.

Did I miss a step somewhere? Thanks for any input!
