[ncl-install] error while loading shared libraries: libintlc.so.5

Hi Dave,

I believe the shared library that is failing to load (“libintlc.so.5”) is related to the Intel C compiler/library. Do you have the Intel C library installed on your machine? If not, you’ll probably want to download one of the other tarballs that were built with GNU/GCC.

In particular, I think ncl_ncarg-6.4.0-CentOS7.3_64bit_nodap_gnu485.tar.gz <https://www.earthsystemgrid.org/download/fileDownload.html?logicalFileId=75e72563-fa02-11e6-a976-00c0f03d5b7c> is most likely to be compatible with Fedora 24 without having the Intel C compiler/library installed.

I hope this helps,
Kevin
